Decent enough single cup brewer, but not sure how it’s any better suited for a restaurant or commercial environment than an off-the-shelf unit similarly priced. Takes about four minutes for water to heat for brewing. After a month of light use, ink is already wearing off the buttons. Cannot see any difference between regular and bold brew options.
