Intended for use in a reservation book (sold separately), this sheet is printed with columns designed to help staff note the important information about a reservation, such as the time, name, phone number, and number of people in the party. Other columns provide space for staff to jot down additional comments, as well. Mark down if the party requires wheelchair accessibility and at which table they will be seated. A "Comments" box is the perfect place to record any special requests, needs, or helpful details.
