This is not a good product. It takes about 30 minutes to slightly warm a bun and it only warms the bottom of the bun (depending on how you put the bun in the warmer) which sits directly over the heating element. Within an hour the bun will turn from slightly warm to hard. We are very disappointed with this purchase.
