These chips are fantastic! No, they are not all nasty and greasy like those cooked in peanut oil that most people are used to now. These are made the original way in Adamstown, PA kettle cooked in lard. They taste great and anyone who grew up in the South Eastern/Central Pennsylvania area know that these are the best! The only deciding factor is what color to buy? Red or Blue. I find that most people prefer Blues because they are the thicker of the two. I prefer Red's which are more the thinner sliced chip but both are AWESOME!
