We switched from a hand pump dispenser to a touchless dispenser. It works really well. Occasionally the sensor misses a motion, but thats pretty rare and to be expected. I wish the batteries were AA or AAA instead of C since we use rechargeable AA and AAA in a lot of other equipment. But the batteries we got last a pretty long time. My biggest 'complaint' is that the dispenser is not compatible with the GoJo hand pump soaps. We had a few left of the old GoJo hand pump soap containers but they attach differently so we had to use them up first before switching everything over and ordering new soaps to go with it.
