Superb. If anyone tells you the silicone option is better, I recommend trying a metal pan instead. This brought the consistency I needed with madeleine baking. Easy to clean with a scrub brush after a mild soaking, sometimes not even needing that. Even baking without hot spots within the pan itself. Give it a try, and eat something delicious afterwards.
