Finally found the size I needed for our quiche and rounded out our pan collection to 24 total. Unfortunately, the coating is peeling. Yes, we try not to soak them. Yes, we understand they shouldn't go in the dishmachine, but who really has time for that when you're running a busy restaurant? Love the size, but PLEASE: bring back this size (7 7/8" x 1 3/8") in steel tin! Ok if you're a baker who has time and patience to handwash and dry each use.
