Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate and Cocoa Flavoring Sauce 64 fl. oz. - 6/Case

The Ghirardelli taste is exceptional and makes our shakes takes so much better. The problem is that the chocolate is so thick, that we can’t get every bit of the chocolate out of the container, which is a waste of product. We have to cut the container open to scoop out the remaining chocolate, which is quite a bit.

Used this product for coffee drinks and hot cocoa, etc. While it does have a great flavor and is very smooth, the chocolate itself gets moldy quite fast after opening. We solved that by pouring half of it out and storing in the fridge, but it is annoying that we do have to do this to keep it good. Otherwise, if you go through it fast enough it is a great product.

Product is to thick to pump, needs to be warmed to use. Opened 2 out of the case, looks dried out. Can not use. Disappointing and waste of money. Will not be ordering again

We use a lot of Ghiradelli products. This one is a little different. It's a little sweeter than dark chocolate and a little more like milk chocolate but still tastes pretty dang good. It does have more of a cocoa flavor but that's exactly the flavor we were wanting. It was a good value and I'm glad we made the purchase.

Ghirardelli is the best sauce in our opinion! The Price is fantastic!

This is an excellent sauce. It's a bit sweeter than the black label chocolate flavoring sauce, which is fine. It just depends on your preference. Can't really go wrong with Ghirardelli chocolate.

The sauce is very thick and delicious! Nothing beats Ghirardelli. It makes perfect mochas and drizzle for any hot or cold drink. However I wish it came with the pump included.

This is a very good chocolate sauce. It has a very thick texture and is a little too much on the sweet side but perfect in beverages. For a topping, I prefer the black label sauce.

Excellent quality chocolate sauce. My team did a taste test of different chocolate sauces, and this one was by far the best, and we now use it in my store. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's hard to get all of the sauce out of the bottle, even when using the special pump that goes with this container.

Very good rich sweet chocolate flavor, it is so much better than any other chocolate syrup I have used. it very good for chocolate malts and milk shakes.

You need to catch a homogeneous mix of espresso, chocolate and milk in a mocha. And if you chocolate is not sweet enough the taste can be bitter with espresso. This sauce has a great balance

This is very hard to find elsewhere. This flavor is the perfect balance of chocolate and sweetness for coffee drinks. Blends well in either hot or cold drinks.

Sweet Chocolate, Great Price, Amazing Taste! This chocolate is thick and pumps well with the pumps that WebstaurantStore recommends. We use about one bottle a month and a little bit goes a long way in our milkshakes... you don't have to use a bunch for an awesome chocolate flavor.

I'm a huge Ghirardelli fan. In fact, it's the only brand of chocolate we use. This Ghirardelli chocolate sauce does not disappoint! No comparison at all to the big-H brand chocolate sauce; this is heads above. Great flavor, perfect for iced or hot drinks, sweet but not oppressive.

This chocolate sauce is a little bit sweeter than the black label sauce that Ghirardelli offers. However, this is still one of our customers favorites. This goes well with just about any dessert or milkshake.

I'm normally a big fan of Ghirardelli, but this syrup just isn't that great compared to others to me. It's a bummer that it contains HFCS, and it just has a kind of chemically taste to me. It's also very thick and kind of difficult to mix in to drinks. Can't say I'm a big fan.
