I’m used to buying the small ghiradelli wafer bags but decided to buy in bulk. The consistency of these wafers are great BUT… they no not set/ harden well. I was dipping chocolate covered pretzels and the white chocolate wafers set perfectly no issue, but the milk chocolate do not set… you must put them in the fridge to harden/set

I love using milk chocolate wafers to imporve the quality of many products. I add them to cookies, pancakes and of course hot coco. Normally I buy "Store Brand" products however, I brought Ghirardelli to see if it was worth the extra price. All I can say is WOW. The chocolate is so much better. I can believe how rich and creamy is makes hot coco. There is no wax flavor like lesser products.
