We bought this machine one month ago for an our new cafe we are opening. Within 2 weeks we began to receive a brewing unit error which required a replacement for the brewing unit and the motor for the brewing unit. We spoke to Chris who works for the manufacturer and was told it was caused by user error when it was calibrated. This is untrue because when we calibrated the machine we called the manufacturer to get the correct measurements. After replacing the brewing unit and motor the machine started to work again however a week later we had a power outage and which caused missing CPU connection error to show up and has stopped making espresso. If you are interested in starting a new business choose some other brand for your espresso machine needs. The Gaggia Concetto Evo Dou has given us nothing but issues do not get this machine.
