This Hallowell reel rack starter is an exceptional storage solution for your industrial organization system! With 2 H-posts and multiple levels of stabilizer beams, this reel rack starter is perfect for storing coiled material such as wire, cable, or rope in a range of storage applications. It even includes 11-gauge side sway braces with safety edges for added protection.

The base, H-posts, top gussets, and horizontal stabilizer beams are made from 14-gauge cold rolled steel, with 10-gauge axle support brackets welded onto the ends of each beam. Each H-post is roll formed into a 1 1/2" x 2 15/16" tubular section and includes 3/8" x 7/8" rectangular slots to receive shelf clips for added storage versatility. Each stabilizer beam is formed into a channel shape and has a 1” ID schedule 40 galvanized steel pipe axle. All beams are adjustable on 3" centers, allowing you to customize the perfect storage solution for your needs. This versatile design provides room for expansion should you wish to add more levels to your rack, while also allowing you to accommodate a variety of different spool diameters.

While the sleek color of the light gray beams and marine blue posts adds a professional presentation, the corrosion-resistant finish ensures long-lasting use even in harsh environments. After being fabricated, painted, and cleaned, the durable steel is coated with a seven-stage zinc / iron phosphate solution followed by a powder coating for maximum reliability.
