These knot bamboo food picks are great! We used them for our pork belly buns in our shop. These 7" ones are a little too long for what we were trying to do so we ended up ordering the 4" ones.

I purchased the longer food picks to use with a garnish in bloody mary drinks. The glass was six inches so this stood slightly above that. They are sturdy and help up to being wet for a long time.

These are much more sturdy then they initially appear. We use them for hot and cold skewers and have never had an issue with quality. No issues with small splinters coming off like other picks we have used before.

These are great for club sandwiches. They're tall and sturdy. Some of them have a few splinters on them so just pay attention before it goes in food.

These are okay for some items, but anything that is heavier (such as meat or some fruits like strawberries) will make the pick bend or break.

If presentation is any bit of a factor in your food service business then you’ll definitely want to try out some different types of bamboo skewers. These particular bamboo skewers hold relatively large sandwiches together with absolutely no problem at all. I figured that the long slender design would leave too much room for the bamboo picks to hold up but I was very wrong. These bamboo skewers held a nearly half pound burger together perfectly.

The height of these picks was perfect. However, they weren't very sturdy and did not work very well for holding our larger sandwiches upright. Glad I only purchased a small amount to try first.
