This unit's high-CFM multi-fan design generates a unique circulation pattern to maintain proper temperatures for up to 1 1/2 hours of continuous open-door operation. It boasts an air-cooled enclosed system with a powerful 1/2 hp high-torque condensing unit to ensure optimal performance in high ambient room temperatures. It uses eco-friendly, CFC-free R-448A refrigerant and features high-efficiency insulation for optimal temperature retention and energy conservation.

This refrigerator features polymer-coated tray slides and can accommodate up to (10) 18" x 26" or (20) 14" x 18" sheet / bun pans (sold separately) on 4 1/2" spacings. The slides can be tilted to gently move cans and bottles to the front for quick access, and they are removable for easy cleaning.

This unit is built to last thanks to its heliarc-welded stainless steel construction with 20 gauge polished exterior and 22 gauge interior. It boasts a welded tubular base frame and (4) 6" polyurethane casters, 2 swivel with brakes and 2 rigid, for seamless transport. Its full-perimeter vinyl cushion bumper absorbs shocks and helps protect your surroundings from scuffs and scratches during transport. This model also includes a flush-in-wall antimicrobial hand grip on both sides of the unit, along with a rear push handle for easy transport. The 270-degree swing door has 3 heavy-duty stainless steel hinges and is gasket-sealed to keep cold air in.

The R-AS-10 is designed with ultimate ease and efficiency in mind. The intuitive control panel features an on / off switch, simple buttons to adjust the temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, a cooling cycle indicator light, a door-open warning and automatic shutdown, and on-demand defrost.
