We use chickpeas in our ice cream creating a nut free flavor where we roast the chickpeas in the oven and prepare them into our ice cream. We also use the liquid from the can for our baking needs. It makes a great aqua faba. I like this brand, because the aqua faba is thick and it whips up beautiful for meringues.

At The Juice Box, we have tried several brands of organic chickpeas for our signature chickpea salads and the other brands just don't make the cut. They are too hard and difficult to mash, but these are just perfect for hummus, our salads & wraps and more. We order them by the case pretty often and highly recommend them.
