Once the gasket is in place, close the door, inspect for any gaps or sealing issues, and that's all that is needed to replace a door gasket on your Continental refrigerator or freezer. Today, we're going to discuss the importance and the procedure of cleaning your condenser coil on your Continental refrigerator or freezer. This is important for many reasons. Firstly, it will conserve energy, cut down on your service costs, and also add life to your compressor. It's always important to disconnect the power to your cabinet before doing any preventive maintenance. The first thing you want to determine is where your condensing unit is located. It could be located on the top of the unit, at the rear of the unit, or on the front. Now what you want to do is located the condensing unit and remove the front grill. Once the grill is removed, you'll see the condensing unit and the condenser coil looks like the radiator in your car and inspect for any dirt or paper. Using a stiff nylon brush, remove any debris in a downward motion and always go in the direction of the fins. Depending on the amount of dirt, you may also want to use a shop-vac and you can also pass a flashlight into the fins to see if you can see through or have any additional blockage. If everything looks good, reattach the grill and start your unit. If further information is needed, consult the operation manual on our website at www.continentalrefrigerator.com.

This Continental Refrigerator 1FXN 36 1/4" extra wide, reach-in freezer is an excellent choice for busy kitchens. Boasting 30 cu. ft. of internal storage space, this solid door freezer is the perfect solution for expanding your frozen product storage! With extra width, you'll have more space to store items, so you can make the most of the kitchen space you have available.

The door comes equipped with a self-closing mechanism that helps make sure the door closes properly even when you have your hands full, and the magnetic snap-in door gasket provides a tight seal. Additionally, this unit features bright, cool LED lighting that illuminates the interior better than fluorescent lighting and produces less heat, too.

Made with a durable stainless steel front with aluminum end panels and interior, this freezer's cabinet is made to stand up to heavy use in a commercial environment. Plus, 3 heavy-duty epoxy-coated steel shelves are included to make organizing your freezer's contents easy.

With 3" non-CFC polyurethane insulation, the cabinet also helps to maintain food safe interior temperatures in an atmosphere where the ambient temperatures reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition, an external dial thermometer helps you keep an eye on the freezer's performance to ensure safe food storage.

The base of the cabinet rests on 5" casters to make sure you can easily move it for cleaning, and a cylinder door lock secures the unit to keep your food product safe after hours.
