This unit's ceramic heating element uses radiant heat to hold foods at a safe temperature, preventing food from overcooking or drying out, ensuring it maintains superior flavor. Included with this unit is a stainless steel scoop-type pan that allows for easy bagging of your food. Its perforated design permits oils to drain, in order to prevent soggy products and maintain the high quality of your food.
This unit's aluminum alloy housing construction is easy to clean and offers long-lasting durability, while its simple on/off toggle switch makes it easy to operate. Designed to fit your Frymaster spreader cabinet (sold separately), this food warmer / holding station is the perfect solution for keeping food hot and fresh from the first serving to the last! This unit requires a 120V electrical connection, and it comes with a 6' cord and plug.
