Frostline Birthday Cake Soft Serve Ice Cream Mix 6 lb. - 6/Case

We've been purchasing a boxed and bagged liquid premix that must be refrigerated for years. It wasn't available due to supply chain issues, so we decided to give the Frostline Vanilla mix a try. I was shocked by how easy it was to prepare and how great it tastes, Great texture, very creamy and the vanilla flavoring is just perfect. We will be making the switch to this product permanently. Better price point, doesn't expire so quickly and easy to store--so a positive change as a result of the pandemic. It works perfectly.

Also can be used in at-home ice cream machine if you use one part cream and four parts milk instead of one quart water (to 12 ounces of mix).

The best vanilla dry mix.Out of all the dry mixes of I've cream we have tried, by far frostline is the most closest to the real deal. It is less icy than the rest and has more dairy taste to it. We keep in stock when our liquid runs out we have back up supply. Shelf life is like 18 months on dry.

Great product! Just mix it fat free milk (2 gallons) to increase butterfat. Tastes way better and better for ice cream machine. The compressor doesnt goes crazy during summer.

Good flavor and texture .

This does not have a chocolatey taste. It tastes like ice first and then a hint of cocoa. I would not recommend this. It also melts super fast, as soon as we dispense it, it starts melting.

The best poweder mix vanilla. One trick, mix with warm water not cold this will make bettet ice cream. Also you can add 1 gallon milk or half and half 1 qt rest water. Increase butter fat. Make sure you let the ice creamix at least 2 hours. The long it waits, it will be more creamy

We use this mix to make hard ice cream and it works perfectly! It's very delicious (slightly artificial but nothing crazy). We also use it as the base for lots of our more unique flavored ice creams.
