This was our first purchase of Florida Crystals and so far, so good. The price is much lower than the other brand of raw sugar we usually purchase. There are a few chunks in the bag that we have to breakdown before use. This is not uncommon in our experience, however, this bag had more than we are accustomed too. Overall, we are pleased. We are going to order again.
Florida Crystals Organic sugar is a very subtle and light flavor with small uniform crystals and light crunch. They appear nearly white with only a hint of blonde. The molasses smell is noticeable but very light in taste. In my opinion far superior to standard white sugar. Overall I think this will be a little more versatile for my baking and I enjoy that it’s made in the USA.
