The product is great and the service was prompt. As for the shipping, if I had known you use OnTrac, I would not have ordered from Webstaurant. I do not order from anyone who uses OnTrac. The delivery truck drove by and threw the package out the window and over a fence. We are a business and they should have delivered the package to the front desk.
