It can produce up to 22 gallons per hour and it dispenses at up to 205 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, this model features a guard that protects the faucet while simultaneously preventing cross-contamination by reducing the number of contact points between containers and the faucet. This simple feature makes it perfect for the sorts of mid to high-volume applications where larger capacity units like this one see use.
