This Fellowes 9287001 HEPA replacement filter is a direct fit for the one that came standard on your AeraMax 90, 100, or DX5 air purifier! It's important to change the filter on your unit regularly in order to maintain peak performance and air quality. This filter should be changed every 12 months with normal use, or when your unit indicates a filter change is necessary. With its HEPA design, this filter captures 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, ragweed and other allergens, viruses, germs, dust mites, mold spores, pet dander and cigarette smoke. And since it comes with an antimicrobial treatment, your filter and purifier are protected against growth of odor causing bacteria, mildew, and fungi.
