Keep your hot food at proper serving temperatures in your display lineup with this Federal Industries SG5948HD 59" full service heated display case with a slanted front! This model has 3 one-piece stainless steel wells that can each hold one full-size food pan. Inside each well is a cal-rod heating element that is controlled by an independent thermostat. Plus, each well has a drain and a valve so that you can use it either for wet or dry food warming. Overhead, this display case has a top-mounted, full-length infrared heater that keeps the top of the food uniformly warm while the incandescent lighting shows off food to customers.

For an unobstructed view of your hot food, this case has a slanted front glass panel that tilts out for easy cleaning. The front, ends, and sliding rear doors are all made of temperated glass for added safety. If you are looking to set up a continuous case lineup at your cafe, deli, or quick service restaurant, this case is the perfect choice!

Inside, the unit has a stainless steel deck that resists corrosion and is easy to clean. The base is made of coated steel to blend in with the surrounding area and provide a professional look. The rear doors are removable for easy cleaning and they also have moisture vents to help control the level of humidity inside the cabinet. Also, to keep the front glass free from condensation this model has a forced air defogger. The defogger allows customers to continuously see what is on display.
