Not as good as I hoped, I prefer using other baking pans I have. They bake unevenly and cakes get stuck sometimes. I like that I can make very tall cakes with it though, I don't think there are other baking pans brands that make cake pans this tall.

Very big mold. It’s perfect for extra large cakes. The aluminum is so lightweight but at the same time it’s so sturdy. I recommend this

This is the best cake pan ever ! Can't go wrong with Fat Daddio! I got 7x4 inch . Works perfectly fine. Good for cake to climb . Just used it to make a chocolate cake , turned out very well !
