3 oz. water heated to 176 - 185 degrees Fahrenheit
4 g Fanale matcha green tea pure powder mix
Milk
1 oz. sugar

In a small bowl, combine the matcha powder and half of the hot water. Mix with a matcha brush to combine, then pour in the other half of the water, whisking until the powder is fully incorporated. In a separate glass, pour milk over ice, leaving enough room at the top of the glass for the matcha, and stir in the sugar. Slowly pour the matcha mixture through a filter over the milk to float on top.
