Designed to accommodate 7 pans, the unit features bright, interior LED lighting to beautifully showcase your flavor offerings. Just fill the 7 included stainless steel pans with your most popular flavors, and adjust the thermostat to create the ideal environment for storing the gelato, sorbet, or other dessert. Because the thermostat adjusts from 15 to -15 degrees Fahrenheit, you can be sure that the gelato is always kept at the perfect serving consistency.
To help maintain the set temperature, the cabinet includes a heat reflective lid, which prevents heat from penetrating the cold display. A cold wall evaporator and R-290 refrigerant work to create the cold environment.
This particular unit provides storage space below the pans, which is perfect for stowing frequently used supplies, like extra napkins or tasting spoons. A mezzanine shelf is also integrated, providing the perfect place to demonstrate various treat combinations. A set of casters, two of which lock, are mounted to the cabinet for your convenience. These locking casters help to stabilize the unit during use, while the overall mobility allows you to move the unit for cleaning or servicing. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
