The cabinet is fitted with single layer heat reflective canopy lids that keep the products cold, while also providing your customers a full view of your most popular dessert offerings. A mezzanine shelf is also integrated, providing the perfect place to demonstrate various treat combinations.

A wide range thermostat sustains temperatures from -15 to 15 degrees Fahrenheit, which is perfect for maintaining creamy, delicious gelato at the right consistency. A cold wall evaporator helps to distribute cold air on all sides of the cabinet. A powerful 3/4 hp compressor is paired with R-290 refrigerant to keep the unit operating efficiently.

Guaranteed to boost impulse sales and increase your serving potential, this unit features bright, LED interior lighting to draw attention to your display. Casters (2 with brakes) make it easy to move this unit forward and backward for cleaning and maintenance. A 115V electrical connection is needed for operation. Some assembly required.
