The curved glass sneeze guard on this dipping cabinet provides an eye-catching look that also gives customers a good view of all of your flavors. A single layer glass lid over the display area lets you lock in cold air when you're not serving, so that your cabinet runs at maximum efficiency. This dipping cabinet holds 3 gallon tubs, and it can keep up to 8 tubs in the display area and 6 beneath.
The interior and exterior of this dipping cabinet are made of white galvanized steel for maximum durability and a clean, uniform presentation. A 1/4 hp compressor provides the power needed to maintain the proper holding temperatures for ice cream, so that customers always get the perfect consistency. This unit features a tub holder with spill guard, and a cover sits over the ice cream tubs to provide a professional, attractive appearance.

We bought this quite some time ago. We kept it but it's never worked. We come in, in the morning and have to unplug it, then remember to replug it in, in the afternoon. We called websteraunt and they had us call the company which was unable to help us. We even put a new thermostat in and it still did not work. Buyer beware.

We’ve had this ice cream freezer for two years and we love it. It still works great and the extra storage underneath makes it easy to store ice cream. The ice cream stays frozen even when being constantly opened and closed.
Purchased this freezer two years ago and it's still doing great. Easy to take apart and clean the doors. Seals work very efficiently, even with our high volume use. Temperature control is easily adjustable and maintains dipping temperature well. Overall a very good value! Beyond satisfied with the excellence brand!
Very good unit, easy to adjust the temperature. Comes with all the accessories that are needed to start a small icecream shop. Very good price too !!

Freezer is a nice size 8 holding place dipping cabinet that holds temperature and is very dependable. Dipping Cabinet is Heavy duty and priced right!
Great product and a great price. We have had nothing but success with our purchases from Webstaurant. They have always promptly fixed any issues we have had.
Make sure someone is helping to put together top glass display, wouldn't have been able to do alone. Plugged in and got cold fast. Really good price. Only concern was that I thing product specs should say what size plug on cord is on for better planning, had to put in a completely diffent place than anticipated on floor plan due to location of plug and warning on using extension cord.
This ice cream dipping case dose a amazing job keeping the ice cream cold it holds 2 extra ice creams in the bottom it is kind of hard to get to the bottom.
love the ice cream freezer as far as customers being able to see ice cream but had a lot of trouble getting it first one came and was smashed so bad by compressor we left it on truck & sent it back than took 3 weeks to get another & it was damaged in front but didn't want to wait any longer so took it and did get some money off but the glass top was too big wrong one for that unit so hangs over was suppose to get replacement for it haven't received it yet . would like to buy a prep table as you can't beat the price but worry about the condition it will come
We use this for our ice cream dipping cabinet in our bakery. Works well so far and we have had it for about a year. My only wish is that it had a place to put the ice cream flavors that is easy to change out.
Although I wish there was an extra inch or two of width (as our standard 3 gal tubs barely fit), this does an excellent job of cooling. Our staff has even left the lid on overnight, but this cooler kept the temperature down enough to avoid any freezer burn of our product.
we got this for our 1st location and decided to go with a different brand for our second store. the machine at the second store was triple the price of the excellence, but the excellence out performed the one that costed way more. the sides of the machine do not have too much ice build up, the height of the machine is good for our team members to scoop the back ice cream flavors, and the ice cream does not get too hard. we're ordering this machine again for our third location
We purchased this unit back in Feb/Mar 2014 but due to some set backs in our shop renovation project had to keep it packaged and stored until yesterday. We really like it and it turned on immediately and started working. The two concerns we have with our unit is that it did not come with a thermostat and after installing one, the temperature readings do not drop down below +10 degrees. We need it to be at zero to no more than +7. Wish we could get assistance with this :-(
Dipping cabinet is working fine so far. We thought the divider that it comes with would be nice to keep any dropped ice cream from falling in the bottom and making it easier to keep clean. However, it is useless, as the holes are too small to fit the 3 gallon ice cream containers into. And even without the divider, we can barely get the 4 containers of ice cream crammed down inside of it.
I got three of these ice cream freezers. I ordered on 7th, but i got the products on 18th. It took too long. When it delivered it had some damaged also one of freezer is not working at all. Everything was bad. delivery and customer services.how can the new machine is not working? I am very very disapointed.
This ice cream case is truly "excellence". It arrived in perfect condition, the display of the products is wide and easily seen, the temperature controls are easily read, and I am very pleased with the overall quality and appearance.
I love the fact that the freezer does not take up to much space in our Ice cream shop. Its a great buy and it comes with everything that is necessary!

Seems to hold temperature very well. An attractive unit. Our last unit had great interior lights...this one does not. For the money saved we will find a mod.

looks great , works great, holds 6 in the bottom which is really handy, took a little adjusting to get temp just right so u can scoop easly which out it being too soft.
