So far we love this waffle maker! Adjustable settings and timer, heats evenly. With there was a button to lower the beep setting because it’s loud. It scratches very easily - see photo. Overall good product, wish it wouldn’t have scratched so easy

I feel torn about this product. It has good attributes, and very bad ones. First the good: The non stick irons are nice. They produce a good sized cone and are easy to clean. That is the end of the good. The bad: Horrible high pitched tones for timer ending and irons reaching temperature. And no way to adjust the volume. The rotating irons are a joke. They do not lock shut in any way, so when you try to rotate back to remove the waffle, it just falls out during the process. So we just have to use it without the rotation. The heating elements do not keep up with consistent use. We normally prepare dozens of cones per day prior to opening. We have to pause regularly to allow the irons to heat back up.
