I am not the type of person who likes to post reviews, whether good or bad. I am usually too busy to spend my time complaining about things. However, when you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars with a company like Webstaurant and do not receive the service you deserve, it is upsetting. I purchased an espresso machine for one of our offices along with a two-year extended warranty. This machine broke in the second week after making only a few cups of coffee. I asked customer service if I could send it back for a replacement. They said no and directed me to the manufacturer’s warranty. After extensive troubleshooting and spending hours of my time, the manufacturer’s technician requested even more troubleshooting.
