Basically, the design is a little wrong. It's a way to get a useful temperature. 1. The temperature sensor is misplaced and needs to be moved elsewhere. (You need just screwdricer) 2. Factory reset the temperature controller. (Search for SF-102 controller on Google to obtain a manual.) 3. Set C1 (temperature unit) to Fahrenheit (1). 4. Set E3 (temp.hyseresis) to about 4. 5. Place thermometers in several locations and set appropriate minimum temperatures. (I was appropriate about 29 degrees.) After a little setting, you can get a refrigerator with similar performance for less than 1/3 of Hoshizaki's price.
