This rigid, durable charbroiler gives your meats and vegetables a charbroiled outdoor flavor with indoor convenience. It features (6) 6,600 BTU inshot gas burners to deliver a maximum of 39,600 BTU. Its 21 3/8" x 15 5/8" grill size provides 333 sq. in. of cooking space. The durable ceramic hearth transfers radiant heat to the cooking surface and reaches a temperature of 1,600 degrees Fahrenheit to sear your meat while preserving its natural flavor. It uses Barbriq bricks to transmit heat to the food being cooked, utilizing the natural juices for a more natural fuel.
This floor model charbroiler features an open front and an open, recessed hearth to provide direct exposure of the food to the heat source. This design is easy to operate and maintain with a self-cleaning hearth and no messy grease trays. Its burner jets are located along the sides to prevent clogging from dripping grease or food particles. This charbroiler features zero recovery time for high-volume broiling applications. Its Flaretrol system controls flame flare-ups during broiling. This unit stands on adjustable feet for leveling on uneven surfaces, and its open base has a stainless steel shelf for extra storage. It requires a liquid propane connection and a 120V electrical connection for the Flaretrol system.
