Its MultiTouch technology boasts a 7" touchscreen display that provides both memory and programming. This intuitive technology can hold a variety of information and instructions for its 9 different modes of operation including 400 recipes, 400 images, restrictions, warnings, and cleaning and cooking schedules. It has the ability to vario-steam, steam, forced steam, combi-steam cook, convection cook, LT-cook (cook & hold), Delta-T cook, and bake. It also features the ability to connect by USB.
This combination oven can hold up to 6 full size sheet pans or steam table pans, with a holding capacity of 12 whole chickens. With its wide range of temperature from 86 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit and adjustable humidity between 0 to 100%, it provides the ability to control temperature and humidity with precision, ensuring exact measurements by automatically factoring in loss of heat from disruptions like door opening. This oven's memory also holds the last 20 uses so your best dishes can be repeated exactly as they were created. The boilerless steaming system reduces material, energy, and water consumption while also reducing cooking time and providing a hygienic steaming process.
