With a temperature range of 86 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit, 0 - 100% adjustable humidity, and 8 different cooking modes, this oven can cook a variety of dishes. It has the ability to steam, combi-steam, intensive-steam, vario-steam, convection cook, low-temperature cook, Delta-T cook, and regenerate. Its multi-point probe sensor allows for precise core temperature measurement from 32 - 210 degrees Fahrenheit and offers excellent control of cooking procedures. It can even correct errors from false core temperature probe readings! Plus, the boilerless steaming system reduces material, energy, and water consumption while also reducing cooking time and providing a hygienic steaming process.
This combination oven also boasts an automatic cleaning system that adjusts to the degree of soil, using minimal electricity, water, and cleaning agents.
