Use this Eloma EL-SVP sous vide probe to achieve greater precision when sous vide cooking. This probe allows you to monitor the core temperature of items inside a vacuum-packed bag to ensure the most accurate reading possible. For proper use, it must be installed with Eloma's EL-ECPKIT external core temperature probe kit (sold separately). This item is compatible with select Eloma combi ovens (sold separately). Take the guesswork out of sous vide cooking with this probe!
