Use this Eloma EL-ECPKIT external core temperature probe kit to achieve greater precision when cooking. This kit comes with 2 meat probes so you can quickly monitor internal food temperatures and ensure that each type of meat is cooked to the correct temperature. Each probe has a long cable for extra reach and convenience.

This kit also includes the hardware you need to get started monitoring food right away. Installing this probe kit requires removal of the internal core temperature probe that comes standard with your combi oven. This kit is compatible with select Eloma combi ovens (sold separately).
