Convection Oven Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove chimis from freezer. Place desired amount of frozen chimis on a cooking sheet that is lined with parchment paper or lightly coated with cooking spray. Once the oven is preheated, place the tray of frozen chimis in the oven and cook them for approximately 13 minutes. Make sure the internal temperature of each chimi is at least 161 degrees Fahrenheit. After removing the chimis from the oven, let them cool for 2 minutes, before moving them to your heated display or serving them directly to your customer!

Deep Fryer Cooking Instructions
Preheat oil in fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove chimis from freezer. Place up to 6 frozen chimis in fry basket. Fry the frozen chimis for approximately 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Make sure the internal temperature of each chimi is at least 161 degrees Fahrenheit. After removing the chimis from the fryer, let them cool for 1 minute, before moving them to your heated display or serving them directly to your customer!
