This Edlund PI368 insert attaches to the pusher on 350 series fruit and vegetable slicers, and when matched up with either the 3/16" or 3/8" blade assemblies, you get consistent slices of your soft fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, lemons, limes, oranges, mushrooms, and even mozzarella cheese.
