When used with the 3/16" or 3/8" blade assembly (sold separately), this Edlund K35101 pusher assembly will slice tomatoes, lemons, kiwis, mushrooms, and other soft fruits and vegetables with ease! Once the insert is attached to the pusher, simply press down on the handle with minimal pressure to force the food through the blade assembly on the slicer. You're left with clean, crisp slices that give you up to 30% more yield than slicing manually!
