This unit quickly swaps out with the dulled or damaged assembly that came with your ETL-316 tomato slicer, and you can easily install it without the use of tools. When used with the 3/16" pusher assembly (sold separately), you can create 3/16" slices on the ETL-140 and ETL-380.

I understand why there are not different options for this product but for the price its almost more cost effective to buy a whole new slicer each time. The blades work great so we keep buying them. Also metal slicing into metal means if it is off by just a little bit the blades get bent almost immediately. This is a product we don't let volunteer help use or we would be buying blades every week.
