The Edlund A567L 3/8" blade assembly quickly swaps out with the dulled one on your Edlund 358XL slicer to minimize downtime and get you back to slicing in no time! When used with the 3/16" / 3/8" pusher assembly (sold separately), you can also convert your compatible 354XL or 356XL models of slicer to cut 3/8" slices for increased versatility! The included wash guard locks over the assembly to enable safe cleaning in a commercial dish machine.
