Edlund A554 Details
The Edlund A554 1/4" blade assembly quickly swaps out with the dulled one on your Edlund 354 slicer to minimize downtime and get you back to slicing in no time! When used with the 1/4" pusher assembly (sold separately), you can also convert your compatible 356 or 358 models of slicer to cut 1/4" slices for increased versatility! The included wash guard locks over the assembly to enable safe cleaning in a commercial dish machine.
