For a secure connection between your water heater and pipes, use this Eccotemp 2SVSWTEF04 4" stainless steel wide adjustable wall thimble for Z-vent pipes. This thimble is designed for Eccotemp portable tankless water heaters (sold separately), is made with stainless steel, and is rated for category II and III heating equipment. It's compatible with Eccotemp Z-vent pipes and fittings (sold separately), has a 10" x 10" flashing, and is adjustable from 5" to 10" to fit your needs.
