Table was shipped in a flimsy box, with no padding or anything to secure the loose items (legs, connections, screws) inside. Upon arrival, the shipping company had wrapped the whole thing in plastic because the box was so destroyed. The table was very damaged, cracked, and bent. Two legs were entirely missing and all hardware was missing. Webstaurant customer was amazing and took care of the issue immediately. I ended up purchasing from a different manufacturer as I didn’t trust a replacement table to be shipped any better.
