The Eagle Group 354066 94 1/2" x 8" cutting board is a direct replacement for the one that came with your Eagle Group HT6 steam table. Over time, cutting boards will wear down from constant beating, pounding, and knife damage. Replace a worn out cutting board so that you can continue prepping, chopping, and staging your ingredients.

This 1/2" thick cutting board is 8" deep, giving you plenty of workspace. The polycarbonate construction stands up to everyday use in a commercial kitchen, while the smooth, durable surface is easy to clean and inhibits the growth of bacteria. For convenience, this cutting board comes pre-drilled.
