The DuroMax XP13000EH sports a heavy-duty metal frame and four-point fully isolated motor mounts to guarantee a long service life in practically any environment. The 500cc 4-cycle air-cooled spark-ignition engine feeds from an 8.3-gallon fuel tank, and it has a built-in, low-oil shutdown for added safety and improved maintenance. The order process was smooth and unit arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Delivered via Common Carrier secured to a pallet. Used forklift to unload.
Driver waited until basic inspection of generator completed. There was shipping damage to the frame which was noted on receipt. Pictures taken and I contacted Webstaurant as outlined in the instructions on their site. All was handled in a timely manner and I had a credit refunded to my CC that we mutually agreed upon.
