Dry Ager DUS024 Details
This Dry Ager bottom shelf is a direct replacement for the one that came standard with your UX 750 meat curing cabinet. This wire shelf allows air to flow around the products it supports, ensuring optimal exposure and curing during use. It's perfectly suited for holding cheese, sausage, fish, ham, or pieces of meat and can support up to 44 lb. of product.
This durable shelf gets loaded at the lowest level in the cabinet and is designed to fit at the same time as the SALTAIR salt tray (sold separately). It is made from stainless steel for proper support and minimal pressure points. It is easy to insert and remove for cleaning using the molded slides within the cabinet. Use it to replace a broken or worn out shelf.
