I ordered these plus navy beans and lentils because the economy is still too tight and many of our clients at the food bank are looking for ways to stretch their points (like dollars), and canned beans, like everything else, have gone up ridiculous amounts. I never used garbanzo beans that comes dark yellow like this brand when you make hummus, and after boiling for a while, the beans stays firm, I do not recommend it if you are using it to make hummus.
