Easy to clean. Easy to use. The only thing to worry about is if there is anything near the edges, they will get really warm or melt as well as making sure not to leave the tortilla on the press for too long.

I selected this model due its large plates. I can make 6 small tortillas at a time but the ones in the back are thicker and the ones at the front at thinner. Corn tortillas do stick so I use parchment paper and then rotate to press again to achieve a consistent thickness. Flour do fine directly on the plates. I did have an issue with the heat continuing to increase after it hit the programmed temperature but called the manufacturer and they walked me through how to fix.

We have been using this for over 6 months and so far it has been 100% reliable. I also like the fact that it is made in the USA. Overall an excellent product, but -1 star because tortillas towards the outer edge do not get pressed quite as well as toward the inner edge (not as flat and spread out).
