Press, flatten, or par bake up to four tortillas in seconds with the DoughXpress TXM-15 manual tortilla press! This 15" manual tortilla press features a swing away design for easy placement and removal of corn tortillas, flour tortillas, or even flat bread. Its upper and lower platens flatten dough fast, and heat up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
You can also use this manual tortilla press without heat, for cold pressing. The DoughXpress TXM-15 requires a 220V electrical connection.

I do not recommend this item. Does not do what it says it does. I did my homework on it before my purchase as this thing is not cheep! Not worth the money! Junk! Makes the tortillas taste like store bought and ugly!

I am loving the press so far. makes a perfectly round flour tortillas but just need to practice more instead of what the manual describes

I own a small tortilla factory in AZ, and make about 600,000 tortillas a year. One of these presses will last me approximately a little over a year. The people that complain are either not adjusting the heat, the press clamp pressure, or are trying to cook the tortillas on the press. THIS IS A PRESS, not a comal. You apply pressure for a second or two, then transfer the par-cooked tortillas to a hotter cook top. If you hold the press down too long, you will end up steaming them. My main complaint is the the adjustment knob for the clamp pressure moves on its own, requiring constant adjustment. A good lubrication of all pivot points is necessary on occasion. I have owned 5 over the last 8 years, and have been mostly satisfied.
