horrible... Lets talk about this...i bought this item because it would give us constancy in thickness of chicken... we tried it with 4 pieces and even down to one... this press is extremely hard to press and the results are far from consistent... Contacted customer service less then 24 hours later and NO RETURN Because we tried it...!!!! Watch out buying items from them... they just want to pass the buck and offer you to go through a warranty instead of actually caring about the customer .... Basically had to beg ...there answer was to sell it on my own.... IT DOESNT DO WHAT IT ADVERTISES it is supposed to do...

Doesn't work for meat. It does not have enough pressure and the material bends. The main Problem is the Webstaurant Return Policy. We want to send it back after testing it but now we have to pay the restocking fee.

This is a great decent sized meat press! Easily produces a lot of product in a short amount of time! Helps cut down on food costs!!
